The release date is taken from the publication itself. However, it was actually released earlier than this. I do not recall the exact date it was released but it was roughly 1 month prior.

This appears to be an unauthorized release. It's not popular with fans at all, in fact many hate it. It is however a decent primer for new fans who can read Japanese and want a very generic overview of the band.

This is a soft cover book about magazine size and could be best be described as a special issue magazine compilation of previously published material.
